Cleanings 1 - 10 Miss HomeMaids: 50% of cleaning price Contractor: 50% of cleaning price Cleanings 11 - 20 Miss HomeMaids: 45% of cleaning price Contractor: 55% of cleaning price Cleanings 21+ Miss HomeMaids: 40% of cleaning price Contractor: 60% of cleaning priceWe use an incentive based payment model with our contractors. The following breakdown shows how much of each cleaning is shared between Miss HomeMaids and the contractor.
Contractors work at different speeds and have different expenses so we can’t give an exact answer on a cleaner’s hourly wage. However, we aim for our contractors’ cleaners to make between $15 to $40 per hour once the partnership is fully established (Over 20 cleans). Here are a few assumptions about our cleaner pay estimates in the charts below… Estimates don’t take into account any expenses or cuts that management takes out before paying their cleaners Depending on the efficiency of the cleaning teams, payment could be higher or lower than the estimates.
